eESS Manager Self Service is now live and we are beginning to see transactions being processed by managers using the system.
All managers should have received their usernames and passwords.
If you have not received these please raise a ticket with the IT Service Desk by following these instructions:
- From Staffnet, click on the IT Service Desk link along the top blue bar
- Once logged into the IT Customer Portal, using the left hand menu click on ‘My Customer Portal’
- Click on Raise a New Ticket
- Enter appropriate details in each of the pink mandatory fields
