Bikers Ride out for charity
Bikers from Dundee, Fife, Perth and further afield came together for their Easter ride out and visited the patients of Royal Victoria Hospital (RVH) armed with Easter eggs.
One of the riders, Mark Lusty, is a former patient of the Centre for Brain Injury Rehabilitation (CBIR). Mark also handed over a donation of £805 from the group.
Patients and relatives waited patiently to see over 160 bikers come through the entrance of RVH and were not disappointed by the magnificent sight.
Senior charge nurse Kathleen Tough said, “We are really grateful and want to thank all of the bikers for their visit and their donation to CBIR. The money will go towards buying equipment for patients to assist in their recovery and make their stay in CBIR more comfortable.”
