Sensational show raises funds for Tayside Children’s Hospital

Dundee dance studio Dance Sensation put on a show at Dundee’s Whitehall Theatre and raised £1,200 for Ward 29 at Ninewells Hospital.

Every year the studio fundraises for charities and good causes and this year chose the children’s ward at Ninewells. One of the young dancers who performs with Dance Sensation has been attending the ward and owner of Dance Sensation Gillian Bryceland wanted to thank the staff for looking after her.

She presented the cheque to senior charge nurse Catherine Borland who thanked her for her generous donation.

The money will be used to buy games and activities for the play room and other items for use in the ward.
