The British Institute of Radiology is holding a one-day event in Glasgow focusing on safe clinical practice and radiology errors.
‘Radiology events and learning from discrepancies’ is organised by the BIR Scottish branch and takes place on 4 October. The event is relevant to radiologists of all grades and subspecialty. It is also of educational value to allied health professionals working in the radiology department.
BIR also has two events in London this year, their annual congress and a “hands-on” training experience.
The BIR Annual Congress 2019 takes place on 7-8 November in London and would appeal to those with an interest in the field of radiology, oncology, physicians as well as radiation protection advisers and supervisors.
PORTFOLIO – The BIR/DMC Radiology Reporting “Hands-On” training series: HRCT in diffuse lung diseases. This training event takes place on 25 September in London and will provide delegates with “Hands-On” experience of reviewing cases with experts in the field, where you can build evidenced learning on HRCT and rise ahead of your colleagues.
