Survey to inform health and social care in Dundee

Print

Dundee Health and Social Care Partnership has created a short survey to gather local views on its draft Strategic and Commissioning Plan.

The Partnership is responsible for delivering personalised health and social care services/supports to adults in Dundee and must have a Strategic and Commissioning Plan which describes its vision and priorities for health and social care supports and services.

The plan includes information about how it will deliver its vision and priorities, as well as the difference this will make to people. The Partnership’s first plan comes to an end this year and a new plan is being prepared for 2019-2022.

This will build on what has been achieved by the Partnership over the last three years and describe strategic priorities for the next three years to ensure Dundee people get the right information and support at the right time.

The draft plan has been informed by ongoing conversations with individuals and communities about their health and social care needs and about how supports and services should be designed and delivered in the future.

The Partnership has written a draft plan and wants to know if people who use health and social care supports and services, their families, communities and carers think this plan will meet their needs. The Partnership will listen to views before producing the final Strategic and Commissioning Plan for 2019-2022.

If you would like to give your views you can complete the survey here. This should not take more than 10 minutes.

If you would like to request either the draft Strategic and Commissioning Plan or online survey questions in an alternative format please contact dundeehscp@dundeecity.gov.uk

Views can be provided up until 22nd February 2019.
