As part of NHS Tayside’s commitment to continuous improvement, employees leaving their posts have an opportunity to comment on their experience of working with the organisation.
If you are leaving your post, either to move to another job within NHS Tayside or to leave the organisation, you are encouraged to complete a short exit questionnaire.
Over 100 staff have submitted their views on their experience in the workplace since the questionnaire re-launched in July which will help us to identify employment trends in directorates and job families and, where necessary, consider any changes that can be introduced to enhance the wellbeing and working lives of our employees in the future.
Reports will be submitted on a regular basis to the Staff Governance Committee and other forums as appropriate, as well as being shared with all staff through Staffnet.
All responses will be treated in the strictest confidence and the questionnaire does not contain any person-identifiable information.
Line managers should continue to bring the exit questionnaire to the attention of staff as they leave/change post. The questions can also be used as a starting point for face-to-face exit interviews if these are carried out in your department.
