Stonewall Scotland is currently running an anonymous staff survey for all NHS Tayside employees to share their experiences of LGBT equality in the workplace. The survey is running for the second consecutive year in order to gain as many insights as possible.
The survey will assess the impact of organisational practice on LGBT inclusion in the workplace. The survey asks questions around inclusion in the workplace – examining both LGBT and non-LGBT employee experiences, opinions and attitudes.
Last year’s survey result highlights can be seen in The LowDown Issue 31.
