NHS Tayside and the University of Dundee have renewed their Strategic Partnership Agreement with medical technology company Medtronic.

The ongoing productive partnership will continue to drive value based healthcare innovation collaborations including in simulated healthcare training, MedTech R&D, development of healthcare delivery models, biomedical engineering, informatics, student projects and the adoption of outputs into clinical care.

NHS Tayside Chief Executive Malcolm Wright joined Director of the Academic Health Science Partnership (AHSP) Tayside Professor Dilip Nathwani and colleagues from Dundee University and Medtronic at Dundee Institute of Healthcare Simulation (DHIS) to mark the renewal of the strategic partnership.
