A team of Procurement representatives lead by clinical procurement specialist Lorraine Johnstone took the ‘Price is Right’ competition to staff at Perth Royal Infirmary.
The event aimed to engage with as many staff as possible and encourage them to think about the cost of every day products used in the hospital environment.
The team was met with enthusiasm and interest and, as well as completing the competition, staff were invited to submit suggestions on further ways to introduce efficiencies.
The competition received 59 entries from staff and, with an impressive score of nine correct answers, Kirsty Reid from Ward 4 was the lucky recipient of a FitBit prize.
The Procurement Team is planning to take a similar event to Stracathro Hospital later this year.
