A new learnPro module on Self Directed Support (SDS) has been launched for staff in NHS Tayside and the health and social care partnerships and local authorities.
It has been developed collaboratively by a Tayside-wide working group with representation from each organisation. The module introduces SDS to ensure that all staff have a basic understanding, not only those involved in the assessment of care.
For staff in Angus Health & Social Care Partnership, the module is mandatory and should be completed within the next six months. It will take no longer than 45 mins to complete and you will be sent a post course evaluation six weeks after completion.
For NHS Tayside staff the module should be completed if appropriate to your role, or if you are requested to do so by your line manager.
For NHS Tayside staff accessing learnPro the module can be found by following the path Staffnet Home | Learning and Training | e-Learning | learnPro.
